The Prestige Trash Valet Process

We Deliver Containers
We provide each unit with a sleek, closed-lid, 13-gallon container.
We will email a resident fyler to be sent out to your residents before we begin service with instructions about the service including when to leave out containers and when to bring them back in and all protocols.

Residents Use the Service
Residents place their bagged trash, recycle items inside the container and leave it outside their door during service hours. Broken down cardboard to be left next to containers outside. (Please set out between 5PM – 7PM on designated service days)

Our Valets Collect & Dispose
Our Valet Trash Technicians pick up trash and recycles from every unit and dispose of them in your properties onsite dumpsters or compactor. We check and make sure these areas are clean and well kept.

Violation Portal & Compliance Support
Our Trash Site Supervisors visit your property twice a month to check on the groups to ensure everything runs smoothly, addressing any compliance issues.
Our valets will leave door hangers on residents’ doors if they haven’t properly complied with the trash valet protocols. Our Office Supervisors will then upload all photos of time stamped photos of all violations or concerns to you portal.
